  1. Cortisol Reduction: High cortisol weakens immune response, but hypnosis reduces cortisol levels, creating a healthier internal environment.
  2. Increased IgA Levels: Immunoglobulin A (IgA) is an antibody linked to immune health. Research has shown that relaxation and hypnosis can boost IgA levels, fortifying the immune response.

For athletes, hypnosis offers a tool not only for mental resilience but also for physical recovery and immunity, especially when maintaining health is essential for consistent performance.
